Nutrition is a major part of achieving success.  80% of your results will come from eating clean and making healthy choices. I used to think that I could eat whatever I wanted because I would work it off during my workouts...however I quickly learned that it was not working! I never achieved the results I wanted until I made the effort to combine eating clean and drinking my Shakeology to give my body all the extra nutrients it needed.
 
When planning meals in our home I try and find recipes that are fairly easy to make. I am such a picky eater so cooking is not my favorite thing to do...however I do love to bake! When I cook I typically look for recipes that do not take much time to prepare. Our evenings are often busy with the kids doing homework and going to activities, so it is important that I prepare ahead of time what I am making.
